What we do with your information.

This is a plain-language summary of how FayaHub handles information on this website. It isn't legal advice; if a formal policy is needed for your jurisdiction, contact us and we'll provide one.

The contact form

When you send an enquiry, we collect what you type: your name, email, an optional company or creator name, an optional website or social link, whether you're a brand or a creator, and your message.

We use it only to read and respond to your enquiry, and to follow up if a conversation starts. The submission is delivered to us by email. There is no database of enquiries on this site.

Abuse protection

To stop automated spam, the form endpoint briefly records a one-way hashed version of the sender's IP address (not the address itself) so it can enforce a short-term submission limit. These records are deleted automatically after 24 hours.

Hosting and fonts

The site is hosted on Hostinger, which processes standard server request logs. Typography is loaded from Google Fonts; your browser requests those font files directly from Google, which means Google receives your IP address and request as part of serving them.

What we don't do

• No analytics or tracking scripts.
• No advertising or third-party marketing cookies.
• No selling or sharing of your information.
